Soprano
After being appointed Talent Adami Classique in 2023, Camille Chopin went on to win the Centre Nadia and Lili Boulanger’s Price and the Grand Prix Révélation at Avignon Opera’s Jeunes Espoirs Raymond Duffaut competition. She also joined the Opera Comique Académie in Paris for the 2023-2024 season. From 2025, Camille Chopin is part of the Académie du Jardin des Voix. She is also a member of the Génération Opéra 2025-2026 class.
She trained at the CRR de Paris and then at the CNSMDP, where she graduated with honors in 2024. As part of Fonds Tutti’s first Tremplin program, she is mentored by soprano Nicole Car.
She was Little Red Ridinghood in Sondheim’s Into the Woods at the Amphithéâtre de l’Opéra de Paris, Servilia in L’Affaire Clemenza at La Seine Musicale, Adina in l’Elisir d’amore, the Princess and the Cat in L’Enfant et les sortilèges with the Compagnie Ginette, Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro with Opera Fuoco. She also took part in Emmanuelle Haïm’s production of Le retour à Versailles, and was L’Ange in Samson by Rameau, staged by Claus Guth and conducted by Raphaël Pichon at the Opéra-Comique. She made her debuts at the Opéra national de Paris in May 2025 in Puccini’s Il Trittico (conducted by Carlo Rizzi, staged by Christoph Loy).
Camille Chopin performs at the Corum in Montpellier (Mozart’s Mass in C minor conducted by Marc Korovitch), at the Opéra de Toulon (Verdi’s Nabucco conducted by Yi-Chen Lin), at the Festival Pulsations in Bordeaux (The Greek Passion by Martinů conducted by Raphaël Pichon, staged by Juana Inés Cano Restrepo), at the Festival de Beaune (Il Primo Omicidio by Scarlatti with Les Accents/Thibault Noally), at the Festival Radio France Occitanie Montpellier…
She is a member of the Æsthesis quartet, with whom she recorded her first album, « O do not move », released in October 2022. Her duo with pianist Héloïse Bertrand-Oleari and her baroque ensemble Aîsa are supported by the Association Jeunes Talents.
During the 2025-2026 season, she makes her debuts at the Opéra national du Rhin in Le Nozze di Figaro by Mozart (Susanna), and is on tour with Les Arts Florissants at the Lucerne Festival at the Philharmonie du Luxembourg, at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia, at the Philharmonie de Paris, at the Auditoriuo Principe Felipe in Oviedo, at the Opéra de Versailles, at the Opéra de Massy, at the Auditorio Nacional de Madrid, at the Auditorium de Lyon, at the Festival de Lanaudière, in Tanglewood, Caramoor…
