Michel Fau was awarded the Prix Gérard Philipe of the City of Paris in 1998, the 2006 Prix du meilleur comédien by the Syndicat de la critique for Olivier Py’s “Illusions Comiques“, the 2015 Grand Prix du meilleur spectacle lyrique by the Syndicat de la critique for his staging of “Dardanus” under the baton of Raphaël Pichon, and the Prix du Brigadier for “Un amour qui ne finit pas” and “Fleur de cactus“.
